The aps Guide To Unrestricted Living

Unrestricted Living = Doing what you want, when you want.

Sounds good right? We bet there aren’t many people on the planet that wouldn’t like to spend their time doing whatever they wanted.

Unfortunately we all know that true Unrestricted Living isn’t possible as there are many restrictions out of our control that can interfere at any moment. Genetic potential, random illness and the weather being just a few examples.

That being said the possibilities for doing the things you want are vast and we see no reason not to strive for the most unrestricted lives possible! However, this means we are often frustrated when we see people living day in day out restricted by things that are not only avoidable, but often brought on by themselves!

A lot has already been written on the subject of freeing yourself from certain life restrictions, such as money or time, but very little is being said in the mainstream about the restrictions people are putting on themselves through their health and fitness.

Examples of this include:

  • Not being able to take part or missing out on things due to pain.
  • Not enjoying the things you do take part in as much as you could because you’re tired or ill.
  • Shying away from things you’d like to try or places you’d like to go because you lack the necessary confidence in your abilities or appearance.
  • Avoiding everyday activities such as playing with the kids or a casual game of tennis with friends because you don’t have the physical capabilities or confidence to keep up.

People are going out of their way these days to have the time and money needed to do the things they want, only to then be held back by their own health and fitness issues.

If this is you it’s time for a rethink.

Bar long term physical damage there isn’t much about the body that can’t be changed for the better, so don’t be put off of trying. If you’re restricted by health and fitness in any way it’s time to take a stand and we’re going to help you!

Over the next few articles we will give you tips and ideas on how to start unshackling yourself from the common problems people experience so make sure to keep an eye out for:
